  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools safely and effectively
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings and measurements
  • Familiarity with cutting, assembling and fitting aluminum components
  • Attention to details and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of team 
  • Good Physical condition and ability to handle manual tasks
  • Reliability, consistency and willingness to learn and improve skills
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards
