Wisglobe International Outsourcing Pvt Ltd provides recruitment and manpower services for Gulf country placements. All service fees are final and non-refundable upon payment. Thus, this policy outlines our no-refund commitment for overseas employment services.

No Refund Policy

All Payments Final: Once payment is received for recruitment, placement, processing, or manpower supply services, all fees are non-refundable under all circumstances including:

• Candidate withdrawal or abandonment

• Employer termination decisions

• Medical fitness changes post-payment

• Visa delays or rejections

• Personal circumstances of candidates

Service Fees Are Non-Refundable

Placement Fees: Final upon candidate selection and payment confirmation.

Processing Fees: Non-refundable after documentation submission.

Visa Processing: All costs are final once the application is initiated.

Pre-Departure Fees: Non-refundable post-medical clearance.

No Replacement Guarantee

Wisglobe International Outsourcing Pvt Ltd provides no replacement guarantee or free substitutions for any reason such as:

• Worker leaves during probation

• Employer dissatisfaction

• Performance issues

• Early contract termination

Conditions Making Fees Non-Refundable

Payments become final and non-refundable when:

• Candidate completes registration

• Documentation processing begins

• Medical examination scheduled

• Payment cleared through banking channels

• Service agreement terms accepted

Employer Responsibilities

Gulf employers agree:

• All fees paid are for recruitment services rendered

• Candidate performance is the employer's responsibility post-placement

• No refunds due to employer-side decisions

• Local labour laws govern employment post-deployment

Before Payment Confirmation

Only Pre-Payment Option: Requests to cancel must be received before payment confirmation. Thus, no cancellations accepted after funds clear.

Force Majeure Protection

No refunds for:

• Visa authority delays or rejections

• Government travel restrictions

• Medical test failures post-payment

• Airline or travel disruptions

• Local labour law changes

Service Agreement Governs

All transactions subject to individual service agreements. Written contracts supersede this policy. Verbal promises not binding.

Legal Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal. All fees are considered earned upon payment receipt.
