Qualification

  • The candidate should have Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Min 4-5 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Cook, preferably in a Hotel or Restaurant
  • Good knowledge of North Indian and South Indian cuisine
  • Familiarity with food hygiene and HACCP standards
  • Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, biriyanis, tandoori items, breads, snacks and deserts
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safety and report any maintenance issues
