About the Role :

We are urgently Hiring Facilities Mechanical Engineer – Saudi Arabia for a leading facility management company. In this role, you will handle mechanical maintenance for building and utility systems. You will work with a team to keep equipment running safely and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :
Mechanical Systems Maintenance
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps, piping, valves, compressors, and tanks.
  • Check equipment condition, identify issues early, and report them to the supervisor.
  • Make sure all mechanical work follows company standards and client requirements.
HVAC & MEP Support
  • Support operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, chilled water lines, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation units.
  • Assist senior engineers and technicians in MEP‑related work when required.
  • Help keep indoor conditions comfortable and energy efficient as per site guidelines.
Breakdown & Troubleshooting
  • Respond to mechanical breakdown calls and diagnose faults.
  • Repair or replace faulty parts to reduce downtime and keep systems running.
  • Inform the supervisor about repeated issues and suggest basic corrective actions.
Safety, Compliance & Documentation
  • Follow all safety rules, PPE usage, and lock‑out/tag‑out procedures at site.
  • Keep simple records of maintenance work, readings, and spare parts used.
  • Work in line with Saudi labor rules, client policies, and company HSE standards.
Coordination & Teamwork
  • Coordinate with electricians, HVAC technicians, and other team members for daily tasks.
  • Support supervisors in planning shutdowns and scheduling maintenance.
  • Maintain professional behavior with colleagues, clients, and site representatives.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facilities, building maintenance, MEP, or similar roles.
  • Hands‑on exposure to pumps, piping systems, HVAC support, or utilities preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and follow all company and site rules.
