About the Role :
We are hiring a Housekeeping Manager for a great overseas job opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will lead all housekeeping work, including managing the team, controlling budgets, doing quality checks, managing inventory, and coordinating with hotel management, suppliers, and guests.
You will play an important role in maintaining top cleanliness standards, training and guiding housekeeping staff, following health and safety rules, and preparing reports on performance. Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership & Management :
Lead and manage the full housekeeping team including supervisors, room attendants, and helpers
Create and implement cleaning standards, standard procedures, and quality checklists for Housekeeping Manager Saudi Arabia roles
Train, guide, and check housekeeping team performance
Do regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas to ensure everything is clean and proper
Handle guest complaints about housekeeping and solve them quickly
Operations, Budget & Quality :
Prepare budgets, control expenses, and manage stock of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
Prepare reports on room occupancy, team productivity, labour costs, and guest satisfaction.
Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards as per hotel and government rules.
Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments for a smooth guest experience.
Stay updated on new trends and follow best practices for Hotel Housekeeping Manager KSA positions.
Rules & Coordination :
Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws, hotel policies, and health & safety regulations
Coordinate with hotel management, external suppliers, and government bodies as needed
Work with senior leadership and other teams to solve operational problems and ensure smooth housekeeping work
Support hiring, training, and retention of housekeeping staff
Qualifications :
10th pass or 12th pass; graduation or hotel management diploma is a plus
Minimum 3–5 years in housekeeping with at least 1–2 years as Supervisor or Assistant Manager
Experience in hotels, hospitals, or large facilities preferred
Ability to manage teams of 20–50 housekeeping staff
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and linen management
Can speak and understand basic English or Hindi; Arabic is not required
Basic computer skills (MS Office) are helpful
Age: 25–45 years (flexible based on experience)
Valid passport and medical fitness certificate required
