Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Stock shelves, racks, and display with merchandise according to company standards
Ensure products are properly arranged, leveled and priced
Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to supervisors
Check product expiry dates and remove expired and damaged products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of aisles, shelves, storage areas, and workstations
Assist with receiving, unloading, and unloading and organizing incoming deliveries
Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately (if assigned)
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and returns professionally
Assist customers in locating products and recommending suitable alternatives
Follow Food safety, hygiene and health regulations
Support promotional activities, seasonal displays, and store merchandising
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention measures

English is mandatory
GCC experience is mandatory
Minimum 5 years of experience in same field
Must be graduate
Previous experience in a supermarket, retail store, grocery store, or customer service is mandatory
